The Push Up is a versatile calisthenics device for strengthening the arms, shoulders and chest. The exercise is performed by supporting yourself with both arms on the bars and raising and lowering your body in a straight position by doing push-ups. The intensity can be adjusted by varying the support height. For an easier exercise, the knees can be slightly bent.
